A minimum of 30 days (1 month) notice must be given before vacating the property. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.
Electricity usage is subject to fair usage limits. Excessive consumption beyond the defined limit will be charged separately.
Rent must be paid in advance as per the agreed cycle. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. Deductions may apply in case of damages, unpaid dues, or rule violations.
Residents are responsible for maintaining the property. Any damage to furniture, appliances, or infrastructure will be charged accordingly.
Residents must maintain basic cleanliness in their rooms and common areas. Repeated negligence may lead to penalties.
Any illegal or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited. Immediate legal action will be taken if such behavior is detected.
Loud music, nuisance, or disturbance to other residents is not allowed. Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment at all times.
Share A Room reserves the right to modify terms, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
